- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a service diagnostic fee to check out your machine...I also charge for parts and a fee for installing the parts.Some jobs I do for a flat rate...(service fee parts and labor all included). Most of the all in one pricing is for dryer elements and washing machine pumps amd boots(bellows)
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to talk or text on the phone to discuss options and pricing.For a fee I can diagnose most problems without even coming to your home,it's cheaper and I can order parts the same day.For faster response text me.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have worked on appliances for many years.My background includes working on cars and mill work.I currently work as a tech at an appliance shop so most of my jobs are after 6 pm or on weekends.
