Jose and crew did a fantastic job at a fair price. I like it so much I will have them do some painting and maybe some vinyl work. They replaced some fascia and delivered the material beforehand so I could paint it before install. Jim

JCR was very responsive in the beginning. As the job progressed, more work needed to be done and we spoke on the phone about the extent of it (I'm out of state). I was told that the extra work would only be the cost of materials, so I was shocked when the bill arrived 1/3 third higher than I was originally quoted. $1,200 is a significant increase. Now they are no longer responding to my requests for an explanation and breakdown. I am really disappointed in the lack of communication about cost. Make sure you get everything in writing from JCR as your job moves forward, otherwise you may have sticker shock when the invoice arrives. Telling a customer the increase will only be materials, but then tacking on labor is poor practice.
