I've never ever anywhere heard of a PM that got a positive review. Prepare to be amazed. Rogue PM took over for Crane PM in the Rogue Valley. Crane had mushrooms growing in it's potted plants. Rogue turned that around and has completely supported me as a renter.When a storm took out a fence they worked directly with the neighbor to get it repaired and even shared the cost with her even though it was technically her property.They have yearly AC, Central air, and Chimney service.They hired a landscaper to come once a week.They have expanded their service department and have fixed every little thing that has happened to our house. They found an outside contractor to completely rebuild our irrigation system, an outside contractor to rebuild our fireplace, had an employee reroute out dryer vent, hired a plumber to repair an external faucet, and overall have kicked ass.Hire them, communicate with them, and enjoy your new home. I wish I could take them with me to Washington.

I am so very sorry to have to revisit this. I really tried to "forgive and forget". But once again I met the same awful lack of integrity and refusal to admit responsibility for their own mistakes, poor representation (that had already lost me a tenant!!!), and sorry unprofessional behavior. I engaged this property management company first in February of 2016. They overcharged me for things that were not done as I had asked.......I just let that ride. They did things like replaced blinds which I had told them I was going to remove and replace because of the dangers posed by the strings that can, and have, strangled children and pets. They charged me $350 for having replaced blinds I had asked them not to. I let them deduct it from the rent owed me and just tried to move on. Then there was an awful problem with the water pipes in the floor that supply the heating. I gave them the name of the insurance and who to contact, and I gave them the name of the plumbing company to use. They got approval from the insurance company, and the plumber did some work. Unfortunately more work was needed. So I told them to go ahead. But they had forgotten that there was insurance that paid for it, and they went ahead and had the work done without contacting the insurance company. I didn't realize it until they subtracted the $600 from the rent owed to me. So I called them. There was much arguing. The owner admitted there had been a mistake, but refused to refund me the money. I left them and wrote a Yelp report on it. The owner called me and begged me to remove my review, close to tears. I took pity and removed my review, expecting some form of a thank you or appreciation, but none was ever forthcoming. Just last week I finally went to their office to make amends and hire them again. I was told that I am hard to get along with and not someone they will deal with. Funny. Soraya didn't say anything like that last Christmas when I took her daughter an expensive easel and collection of art equipment. She then acted like all the negative stuff was behind us and healed. I now feel, myself, like this company cannot, no matter how much a person might try, be truthful, trustworthy, integrity filled, and any kind of business that it is wise to hire and have faith in. I am so sorry to have to revisit this in this way, but prospective people do deserve a chance to know about this situation as they make their own choice.

I'm sorry that we were unable to work with Willow and wish her luck in finding a management company that is the right fit for her. As an honest and ethical company, we sometimes must make difficult decisions and terminate agreements with clients that we are unable to work with. When asked if we would re-consider and reinstate her property with our company, we felt it was best to stand by our previous decision. We respect her opinion and have never asked someone to remove their review.

I can not say enough positive things about my experience leasing my furnished home with all of its treasures through Soraya Watkins at Rouge Real Estate. From start to finish she was thorough, professional and patient with this very nervous landlord. Soraya found me exceptional renters who loved and cared for my home and its contents as though it were their own.....so much so that I began to think of them more as stewards than as renters. When I first rented my home I was very skeptical about using a property management service as I had heard horror stories about getting nickel-and-dimed with repairs. We rented our home in Ashland through Rogue Real Estate, From the first contact, they were professional, pleasant, and always able to answer questions clearly. Some complications came up in our rental, and they handled everything flawlessly. They are superb and I recommend them without reservation.Ken Margolis
