I cannot say enough positive things about my experience working with Sam! Her knowledge and passion for fitness, as well as the care she has for her clients really shows. She takes the time to listen to your body and your goals and truly customizes everything to your needs. Sam always makes the prep process (either lifestyle or bikini competition) easy and streamline. She has a lot of options to get in touch with her and her YouTube channel is super informative! I love all of her insight and support.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    For a standard one month meal plan with check ins: $110.00. For a standard one month of training with check ins: $75.00. For the meal program + training program combined it is discounted at $160.00. If you're looking to compete in a bodybuilding show, it is $185.00 each month.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I have the new customer fill out a client assessment. I asses where they currently stand and where they want to be. I like to schedule a phone call so that they get to know me better and feel more comfortable with working with me.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I have an associates degree in Biology and I am a certified Personal Trainer and Sports Nutritionist through AAAI/ISMA fitness. I have competed in 11 bodybuilding shows and have won 5 of them.
