- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For photo booth and DJ clients, once you decided you want to work with us, we will take a deposit for your day, lock it in our calendar, and then set up a meeting at our Spokane Valley studio. Here we will chat about your needs, and customize the service to your needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Bob is a audio tech for Spokane’s largest custom audio installation company, as well as a 06 electrician, who also has been working to master photography. Bob holds numerous audio certifications, and a charming personality that wins people over as he MC’s events. His wife, Erica, runs the portrait and wedding side of the business (Jacobs Photography), and has been a professional photographer for 9 years.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
As the owners of a local photo studio, it seems a logical step for us to move forward into more aspects of event entertainment. We want to bring the high quail it’s, high touch feel of our wedding and portrait work to those hosting amazing events.
