We have moved several times and this was the best move ever. Jake was very friendly, nice and helpful when we met with him. The moving guys were very nice and careful with our furniture. They worked very hard . If you are looking for a mover you should call Jake at Coastal Van Lines.

We feel that the restrictions of payment were not discussed at the time the quote was given, therefore when it was time for payment we were surprised at the request for a certified check for payment. In addition, we weren't told that they don't disconnect and reconnect the washer and dryer (and their movers did do both but didn't turn the water back on when reconnecting the washer which resulted in a repair call). Also, supposedly they knew how to move a piano and now a repair is needed because the foot pedals are not connected properly.
