FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Session rates vary based on length, and if they are one-on-one, or group workouts. I offer 30, 45, and 60 minute sessions from $40-$75 for one-on-one, and from $25-$45 per person in a group setting. Billing is done on a monthly basis, and packages are available for discounted rates as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I am approached by a new client we start out by going over goals, needs, and why they chose to work with a personal trainer. After that we begin with a "testing/evaluation" session that helps me figure out your current fitness level and make any assessment needs. From here I create a workout plan designed around what's needed and can also help with nutritional counseling. The rest comes from being motivated, held accountable, and progressed at your own pace to reach your goals!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold certifications from The National Strength and Conditioning Association (N.S.C.A) and The Fitness Institute International (F.I.I) which is a 300 hour hands on and classroom course(s) that covers Exercise Science Foundations, Fitness Testing, Strength and Conditioning, Functional Training, Nutrition Education and Weight Management, Special Populations and Post-Rehab. I've currently been a personal trainer full time for the past 9 years (6 in Broward County and 3 now in Indian River).
