Kevin was very patient and flexible over a period of several days while I worked thru some difficult issues with the Pack Rat people and was quick to respond to my messages. He and Justin showed up on time, and had my Pack Rat unloaded in less than the 2 hours of allotted time I was given by Pack Rat. They handled all of my things as if it was their own and that kind of customer service is rare these days. They were courteous and reasonably price. I highly recommend and would hire them again.
