- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
With cakes I price based on people served and additionally fees will be added for delivery and set up.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to go over all the details and what they are looking for before making any appointments. I want to make sure we are the right fit for each other :)
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Culinary Institute of Charleston in 2017 with my baking and pastry degree. I also am ServSafe certified.
