Introduction: I offer a fun, effective, workout in 30 minutes or less. My tools of choice are; ropes, kettlebells, boxing, and your own body weight. You give me hard work and some of your time, I will get you the results you want. With 5 years of experience in training clients from as young as 5 years old to 85, I can specifically train anybody for anything. Whether you want to become a stronger athlete or want to have more energy to play with your kids, I'm the guy to get you there. Lets do this together! I take pride in helping anyone I can achieve a happier healthier life. Whether its showing someone how to eat better or how to swing a kettlebell, I sincerely care about helping in anyway I can. I understand the struggle with life and fitness, and whats the best thing to do for yourself. I'm here to guide and simplify the balance of life and fitness.

Daniel is very professional at what he does. He is very focused on technique and doesnt want anyone to get hurt. I love the fact that he practices what he preaches.

Daniel is the best personal trainer I've had. He's very passionate about sharing with others what he learned through his own journey to good health. When I started with him he told me "don't work out to lose weight, don't work out to get big muscles, work out to be healthy." That stuck with me. Daniel has a perfect demeanor that pushes you hard, but never crosses the line into being a jerk about it or going all meat head motivational speaker. He respected each of his clients enough to push them to be the best version of themselves, not someone else. Always with contagious positive energy and lots of fun.

Daniel was always focused on what he did as a trainer to help each individual no matter what skill level they were at. From my first day at the gym he worked with me to my ability and when I progressed he pushed me because he knew my strength and limit. He made sure the exercise was done correct to avoid injury and get the best results. He provided a fun environment with a variety of exercises. He was always positive and upbeat which always helps the energy level in a gym. One of the highlights of my day was going to the gym to work out with Daniel.

Daniel is professional, motivating, and a fun person. Toning up and strengthening my core was my goal and I got there with Daniel's help! I was never a gym type person (more of a runner) but I got hooked on workouts that made me a better runner.
