Introduction: I provide life and career coaching to women who feel stuck. I help them find greater clarity, confidence, and success by helping them focus on using their strengths rather than their limitations. In addition to individual coaching, I offer two masterminds and an online course. I also coach managers, teams, and groups on team building and development. I have 20 years of experience advising and coaching college students on their personal and professional development at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. A Master's degree in Counseling Psychology allows me to work with individuals from a holistic perspective. I also hold certifications as a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and Global Career Development Facilitator. I love helping clients embrace their uniqueness i.e., their superpowers and assisting them with capitalizing on their assets for greater success and fulfillment in their lives. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically offer coaching in packages but I can provide payment plans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each client is encouraged to take advantage of a complementary 20 minute consultation so that we can assess your needs and interests. I want to customize a program specifically to you!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned a M.S. in Counseling Psychology and a B.A. with a double-major in Political Science and Behavioral Science and Law from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. My counseling background has equipped me with the ability to discuss a wide range of issues that may arise during the coaching process. Putting clients at ease gives me the ability to help individuals meet their fullest potential, no matter how stuck they might feel. In addition to being a Gallup-Certified Strengths Coach, I am a certified Global Career Development Facilitator.
