What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is based upon square footage of the structure to be scanned, which may include spaces such as basements, garages, etc. if these will be included in 3D virtual tour. Included with each 3D Virtual Tour: - Photo-realistic 3D interactive "Dollhouse" view - Outdoor 360 views - Highlight reel (8 interior + 2 exterior images) - Photos for download - 6 months of web hosting or until property is sold - model branding with your company - editing of text for links - .MP4 Teaser video for social media Additional items: - Aerial/Drone pictures (Starting at $75) - Travel surcharge ($1/mile, if over 20 miles) - Floor plans ($25 upon request) - Architectural/Engineering pak ($100 upon request)
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Pricing is posted on our website to give a general idea of cost. We will verify the location and ask if additional views or floor plans are needed. Quote for a total price will be provided. During the scheduled appointment we will need full access to space/home. It is important that all people and animals not be moving during the photo shoot process, therefore it best that people leave & animals are removed during the process. It takes approx 2 hours to capture a 2,000 SF space. Virtual Tour, videos, pictures are typically made available in 24-48 hours. If floor plans are requested it may take an additional day.
