- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We don't have any price gimmicks or "one week only sales". There are no "buy 2 rooms get 1 free" type of stuff. We simply offer the best products from the best manufacturers, using the most qualified installers, at an everyday great value. Our prices are always all-inclusive, with no change-orders. Once we give you a price, it stays that way even if your job becomes more complex once we remove your current flooring. There are no surprises, and you will not pay your balance until you are completely satisfied with result.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is really quite simple. During our appointment confirmation call we ask some detailed questions to get a sense for your lifestyle and personal tastes. With that information we will bring specific flooring samples out to your our free in-home flooring consultation where we narrow vast possibilities to a manageable selection of options that best fit your lifestyle, personal taste and budget. We do this because the best place to selected the colors and textures is in your home and not at our showroom.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The design associate that comes out to your home has been trained in helping our clients make informed decisions about selecting the best flooring solution for them. As you might imagine not every flooring product is designed for every application. For example, although hardwood is very beautiful, it does not tolerate high moisture environments and can be easily damaged if exposed to high levels of moisture. Carpet, tile, vinyl, laminates and wood all come with a set pros and cons. Let us help you with find the right choice for you.
