Following the death of our son, Philip worked tirelessly to help us get our son's house ready to market and to sell. No small task since we live out of state. Philip helped us price the house "right" and personally oversaw the punch list items that the buyer requested. Very professional and easy to work with. Philip even facilitated closing ahead of the original schedule.
