- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is generally included in package costs; additional concierge services and planning (such as assistance with destination weddings) is done on a custom rate basis.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The more information I know about a customer, the better! I plan each trip as a custom itinerary, so I like to start with a quick phone call or series of emails to learn a bit more about you and your desires for your next trip. Here, I'll ask budget, favorite hotel brands, what activities you want to do on your trip, and more. Then, you'll get a custom itinerary, and select from a number of options. I'll book travel on your behalf, and send you confirmations. Hotels and activities will be alerted to your arrival and you'll travel like a VIP!

I've been a writer and editor in the luxury travel space for a decade, and wanted to give people the same VIP service I myself experience.
