- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Some people just want to relax, some want to learn how to relax. Some are in pain, some have chronic problems. We work with them all. Educating, demonstrating, and knowing how the use advanced techniques to get people better and keep them well. That's where we excell.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have specific training in Anatomy and Physiology, beyond that, we know how to cut through the BS to tech people mindfulness, better eating habits, exercises, stretching and self care. Matthew is working on his Master Myoskeletal Therapist credential. We all have ongoing training in ethics, and a variety of bodywork styles.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Are they licensed in WV and do they have experience? How have they mentored with? Experience counts.
