The beginning of the process was very good with responding to emails, calls, and texts. We were able to get a quote quickly, mockup of the photo strips quickly, and the customer service on the phone was satisfactory. On the day of the event, Christian (I believe that is what his name is) was very nice and easy to work with. However, there were some glitches throughout the night. The first was that we ran out of photo paper, and Christian lost his keys and needed them to go grab more photo paper. He was frantically (almost panicked) asking guests if they saw his keys, and it was very visible that he was panicked. A few people wanted to take pictures right at 9pm, and he immediately shut down the photo equipment and told them no (we would have pay for the extra five minutes for them to get their pictures taken). The props were not that great, as we would have liked more options than just signs to hold. They also were not near the backdrop, so most people did not know there were props until later. The "Let's Party" sign had a long string hanging down the backdrop for the first few photos, and it wasn't until later that it was corrected. Lastly, we wished the "Let's Party" sign was in a different spot as it looked cut off being at the top. We did receive our digital pictures today, however there was a photo strip picture of Christian in the batch, which we did not need as he is not a company employee of ours. While there was constructive feedback, we had an overall good experience with Marky Booth!

I highly recommend Marky Photo. Peter was very professional, helpful, and always responded to my text promptly. The guests loved the photo booth and it was VERY affordable in comparison to other quotes I received. Don't hesitate... book them now!
