I absolutely loved working with Shift Designs! My designer (Erica) made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. When she first told me the fireplace would be blue😌, my heart dropped but now it's the highlight of the room. Erica taught me how to trust the process. Thanks so much for assisting me with my room, it's amazing! I can wait to finish the next room.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I typically utilize a few ways of pricing depending on the scale and scope of the project. On thing that is usually a constant is that the benefit of my design itself is usually free!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am SUPER laid back and informal by nature, so I tend to interact with clients the same way. Interior design is such a personal process!..I love to make it fun and relaxing whenever possible. However, I would be remised if I did not mention that while I am laid back interpersonally, my work ethic is beyond reproach. Delivering more than expected is always my goal, and I have yet to not meet it☺️
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Interior design is something that I have been unwittingly doing for as long as I can remember. First for my own homes, then friends, family, and church members. It became a full-fledged business without my consent! Once I realized that I indeed had a talent and passion for what I was doing and was “in business”, no matter how informal, I went to school to hone my craft and the rest is history 🤗.
