Shayne Bevilacqua

Introduction: My name is Shayne Bevilacqua and I have had the fortunate experience of speaking in front of, and/or training, adults in groups ranging in size from 1-on-1 settings to over 10,000 in the private industry throughout my career. I would welcome the opportunity to speak at your event if it is a good fit for both of us. I have had formal speaker training over the years, including "Presenting with Success" by Brody Communications Ltd., and "Facilitation Skills" by The Bob Pike Group. On a personal note my wife is an art teacher of nearly 25 years and we have two children ages 16 and 10. I have had the wonderful experience of a diverse career that has taken me from the hospital of a major Phildelphia suburb to conducting research as a Research Scientist for the second largest pharmaceutical company in the world. With over 20 years in the healthcare industry I have had the opportunity and experience of being a Research Scientist, a #1 ranked pharmaceutical sales representative across the entire United States, a sales trainer, a marketing manager on two launch products, and the lead person on an international cross-functional team to bring flu vaccine into the U.S. during the influenza vaccine shortage in the early 2000's. After making the leap from the corporate world to entrepreneurialism I have had many conversations with both my daughter and my son about the pros and cons of owning and operating a business. And as a father of a two student athletes, I have also had many conversations centering around the benefits of positive attitude, confidence and mental strength to achieve goals in school, in sports and in life. That aspect of my relationship with my daughter and my son has been the most rewarding for me personally and I know I can help your audience feel the same uplifting emotions that my wife and I have instilled in our children.
