FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Yes but the key is how long will I be there for and what is the cost of my material.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Whenever I begin working with a new client I begin by thoroughly reading their request and identifying the key components of the job and create a list of questions I would have regarding the work to be done. Once I have my questions and I have a thorough understanding of the job request, I then reach out to the prospective client and introduce myself. I will then ask them about a convenient time to inspect the premises and identify the full scope of the job and to fully understand their expectations. Communication is important to our process to ensure that projects get completed in a timely manner and to the client's satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In HS I took all woodworking classes, started landscaping, then roofing and siding from there went to carpenter s training center for 4 yrs. Now I own my company.
