We engaged Chef Chuck to cater a post graduation party that we had in our condo at Governor's Green for 15 people. He was prompt, professional and the food was outstanding. We went with a small plate format, selecting 6 items from his locally-sourced, expansive menu,including crudités and charcuterie. The grilled pimento cheese on baguettes were a big hit as were the pork wontons. My personal favorite was the beef tenderloin sliders with horseradish mayo. Definitely would highly recommend Chef Chuck to cater your next occasion.
