- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
If a tip jar is allowed my pricing is lower than if a tip jar is not allowed.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first talk to get comfortable with one another, discuss likes and dislikes as far as drinks found what drinks will be served. I like to create a small drink menu for weddings for example. I go over items the customer will need to get and help with liquor types and quantities if needed. I go over how many people will be at the event so we can discuss pricing. I also like to ask about dress code and if there is anything specific the customer wants me to wear.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I don't have any formal training, but I've continuously bartended for about 5 years. I enjoy what I do so I know what I'm doing.
