- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For Buyers there are no fees and for Sellers the fee is 3%
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meet at the Long and Foster Office in Virginia Beach located at the Providence Square Shopping Center and provide a buyer or seller consultation. Sellers I will meet at the home if preferred. Sellers: I always provide the estimated proceeds from the sale of their home base on the current market. For buyers we asked if they have reached out to a lender? Get the buyer qualified and show homes!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Business Administration and worked in Real Estate for 10 years. In addition I worked 8 years for Lockheed Martin specializing in Security Contract Proposals. My team partner and husband Duane Wright is Computer Information Systems Engineer with a degree in Information Systems and is a VHDA Certified Realtor.
