- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are open 8am-8pm 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Call us any time with any questions related to moving and storage, even if you are not looking to hire us. Once we have arranged specific date and time for your move or free estimate, we meet you on site. We always call you 30 minutes in advance before coming. Our hourly flat rate starts counting only after we arrive and you sign the contract. Once the job is completed, you can pay by cash, check or card. By any reason you are dissatisfied with our services, you can claim up to 30% discount.
