My apologies to you Ms Jennifer. As I explained to you through text message the Monday following our Sunday appointment, my phone apparently went out during Church service and afterwards I had no way of getting your address without access to the App. So after getting my new phone I then sent you a message to explain and offer a new appointment date where you did respond. So I apologize for your inconvenience.
