- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When it comes to pricing, there are three (3) separate fees. 1. One Time Setup Fee This cost is for the initial set up of the campaign. 2. Ad Spend/Budget (Monthly) Billed directly to social media (Facebook, Instagram or YouTube). This is the amount that we will use to drive customers to your business. 3. Campaign Management (Monthly) This is our monthly fee to track, optimize and create additional requirements that may be necessary during the campaign.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with new customers starts with Getting Information. We go through the steps of our "Secret Playbook" Check our playbook out here... (ourwebsite)/secretplaybook We have to fully understand the product or service that we'll be assisting you with. Once we agree to terms, next is the "Onboarding Process" which is crucial to getting the relationship off on the right foot. Once We'll send you over a digital agreement. Once we have it back, you'll receive an email and schedule a call to get the permissions necessary for us to efficiently run your campaign. Within 7 business days, we will have your campaign ready to review. Once approved, we start running ads! We will monitor your campaign closely as it launches, analyzing the data and making the necessary adjustments. We optimize the campaign until we get optimum results. As leads and sales are accumulated, the point of contact(s) will be notified immediately.
