We used Southside and Greg did our inspection for us last month. He was able to get us in last minute (which was a huge help) and did a very thorough job. He even gave us some additional tips that we could do ourselves to improve our home which will save us some money and make our home safer. Will definitely be using this company again, highly recommend. Quality job !!!

I was really impressed with the thoroughness and attention during my home inspection. Greg with SouthSide Home Inspections made me feel very comfortable and reassured in my home purchase. The house turned out to be a little trickier and more involved than we had expected, but instead of rushing through or cutting corners, Greg performed a thorough inspection of even the smallest details, despite taking longer than anticipated. He explained everything thoroughly and put us at ease. I truly felt that he had our best interest in mind and not our agent or the seller. Excellent work and great customer service. I highly recommend!

Greg with Southside Home Inspections exceeded my expectations. Greg arrived before anyone else, explained everything that he would be looking for and inspecting, and asked about all of our concerns before he started. He performed a very thorough inspection and went over all of his findings. I felt very informed and purchased my first home with confidence.
