- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I price according to the average range today and depending on the type and size of property. Also I look into my competitors prices and try to develop the best pricing for both parties. Something that is nice to know is I come up with different kinds of discounts for my clients when they least expect it. I have a first time fair pricing, a mothers' and fathers' day discount, and at times I'll create seasonal price cuts.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I introduce myself , tell the customer a little bit about my background on a professional and personal level. This is to make the customer feel more comfortable with having me work for them. I give details on the type of jobs I've completed in the past and how I've advanced in the work field. I let them know that if at anytime they have questions or concerns they're more than welcome to contact me.
