Pricing varies and depends on the equipment being installed, and the construction of the wall material.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Self-taught, because it is my passion. When you have a passion for something, I have found that you will have more knowledge about it than someone who is "educated or trained" on it. I do have manufacturer relationships to keep up with ever-changing technological innovations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've been in the technology industry for @ 20 years. I have the experience dealing with technologies of all types, but TV and home theater is my personal passion. My setup in my home: 60" Samsung UHD TV (no visible cables or devices); flush in-wall speakers for center, left, and right channels; flush in-ceiling speakers for left and right sides, and left and right surround channels; 120 watt subwoofers on left and right @ rear of room (for stereo bass); Yamaha 7.2 channel receiver w/ HDMI pass-thru; 4K Blu-ray player; Equipment resides in hallway closet in a wall-mounted network rack; and a programmable RF remote w/ 1-touch activity buttons for easy use by anyone.
