- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every situation requires good communication and the total cost upfront. I will be crystal clear on my job responsibilities and include the parts with my estimate. I accept Cash, Paypal, Venmo, Cash App, and Square to swipe credit cards anywhere. I also offer 10% off of all labor for military and first responders.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I pride myself in having exceptional communication skills. From confirming my arrival, to a follow-up to make sure you are still satisfied, communication will never be an issue. I'm available days, evenings and Saturday. My clients have busy lives. I have to be there when they need me. If I miss your call, I will return it promptly.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 16 years of experience and knowledge in maintaining home systems and related work. As a veteran-owned small business entrepreneur, I possess strong values and leadership skills. I am equipped with systematic problem-solving skills designed to conquer your home repair and improvement needs. I possess military integrity and ethics and will settle for no less than excellent and reliable service.
