- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Commission is always paid at the close of escrow. If I am unable to sell your home or find you a great home to purchase....YOU PAY NOTHING!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet with new clients to discuss their wants and needs so I can better tailor my service to them. Then we can set goals and start working to achieve them. I don't believe in playing games or other "high pressure" tactics. I am honest and will work hard for you.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a real estate agent for 7 years and have sold over 10 million dollars in residential property in Visalia and Tulare County. I have received several Top Agent awards along the way for performance and sales. I was even named online as one of the top 3 real estate agents in Visalia!
