- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?For a Listing I'll list for 2% + $300 Transaction fee. for homes over $300,000 As we know in CA, The seller pays the commission for the buyers agent however If the commission is at least 2.5% I'll pay the transaction fee and $250 credit for the closing cost's.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?the process with each client is different! For buyers it's typically finding the right lender with the right terms! Then finding a great home. With Sellers I use my appraisal back ground to help find the correct listing price and place it every where I can to market as well as hold it open at least 2 weekends a month I'm very hands on!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in the Real Estate arena for over 25 years! Unlike most of my fellow agents that was spent in several areas. I started in appraisal (13 yrs) Went into Lending retail (3) Lending Wholesale (3) and for the past (5+yrs) Real Estate sales.
