- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process for working with a new customer begins first with an initial conversation. Let's get to know each other and our businesses better. Once the business information and goals have been defined, then it's time for Madhouse Matters to generate a recommendation of services and a proposal. After the client has had plenty of time to review the proposal, we will make any necessary changes and draft a contract. Upon signing of the contract by both parties, Madhouse Matters begins the contracted work for the client. Communication is key to this process. That's why we do everything we can to make ourselves available to the client with any and all questions they may have. Every step of the way, Madhouse Matters communicates status updates, performance, and more.

With over 6 years experiencing managing social media for businesses, we have been able to effectively help strategize social media campaigns, monitor engagement, properly represent a brand, and advertise with a real return on investment for our clients.
