- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I work with two experienced Chiropractic Doctors who set fees for the office. If they adjust you and find it important for your health, they can see if your insurance can help cover costs for massage.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
There’s a 1 page intake form and a 1 page consent form that must be filled in and signed before we work together. I ask you a few general questions. We can set a few goals for the session. I step outside the room for the client to undress to his/her comfort level and get under the sheet and blanket. I reenter the room and do a quick assessment while the client is on the table. Then I will do the agreed upon bodywork. I step out of the room and the client dresses and I will hand them a cup of alkaline water and get their payment. I thank them.
