From a guys perspective. Highly recommend Hurd. Especially for couples training sessions. My girlfriend and I are training together and he manages our sessions very well, focusing attention to both of us. Very knowledgeable and fun to work with.

Hurd taught me to lift correctly and I had a blast every session! I went from bodyweight bootcamp stuff in a class settif to personal training (squatting, deadlifting, pressing, etc.) with him, and my body comp changed for the better. I dropped fat and gained a lot of muscle and was very pleased! I also injured my shoulder and he helped me rehab it. I was impressed and thrilled that he helped me work through and heal the injury. You cannot beat his prices or his quality!

affordable and competitive depending on how long you want to train for. the longer the better.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
the snails pace is the winning speed. you can lose 20 pounds in 6 weeks, but will you keep off 20 pounds for 6 months? I want to change your lifestyle.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
kinesiology course work, Chek Institute holistic Lifestyle Coach level 1, ACE-CPT, Way Of Life Group training instructor, Align fitness movement specialist.
