David at Solfit is great. After years of chronic back problems my flexibility has improved and I’m in better shape.Dec 14, 2018Verified
I worked with David from SOLFIT and it was a great experience. David was able to help me discover how to improve my workouts through many simple techniques that myself as well as my peers had entirely overlooked. His approach to helping me reach my goals have been flexible and effective. His wide range of knowledge regarding body awareness/kinesthetic make him an excellent resource for anyone that wants to learn more about their own body and how to utilize it. No matter if you have your own path for how you choose to work out, or if you're ready to let David show you the way, from my experience he will work with you to get the results you are looking for.Oct 3, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I charge $70 for a 1-on-1 session. If purchased as a 12-pack an individual session is $63. Buddy and group sessions are also purchasable as a 12-pack for a reduced price. For credit purchases, there is a 2.2% convenience fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? The process usually begins with an email, text message or phone call to determine needs and eligibility. All new clients will need to submit a medical history form. Some clients with special needs may need to submit medical records such as imaging reports and may be required to provide a medical release with exercise recommendations & restrictions from their PCP, operating surgeon or physical therapist. The next step is scheduling an initial assessment where I will determine your needs, goals and program recommendations. From there, we can set up your training schedule and begin your fitness journey!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I am a Certified Personal Trainer (NASM), a Medical Exercise Specialist (METI), and a Registered Yoga Teacher (Yoga Alliance).
