Introduction: I have been cleaning homes from private residences (homes, apts & small offices) and for military families for 6 years here in Hawaii. I go above and beyond and get to know families which end up me being part of it. I am effiecient, honest, a hard worker. I use my own cleaning supplies & vacuum or you can choose to use yours. I will only clean on a *recurring*basis. I do not do a one time only cleaning or move outs. I can make your house sparkle and go above and beyond your expectations! I used to work in health care for many years but decided to clean houses. I love to work on my own & do things right. I mostly have regular clients. I usually clean weekly, biweekly & monthly.

Barbra went above and beyond at my home. She listed her basic cleaning but did more than listed and I couldn't believe I walked into the same home I left earlier that day. She is trustworthy and doesn't miss anything. If there is a specific area or place you'd like cleaned thoroughly she will get it done. And she's affordable! I have a four bedroom home! What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It depends on what needs to be done but I usually charge by how many bedrooms: bathrooms. I will do recurring cleanings but not a one time cleaning.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I explain what I do, I have my own supplies and they should know they can trust me. Most of my clients are not home while I'm there. Explain the cost.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Doing home health care helped going into strangers houses. I just learn on my own to be independent. I can work on my own without supervision.
