- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact will usually be via email or by phone. We then meet in person usually at their place of business or other nearby public place. The scope of work is then discussed and outlined at this meeting. Once we agree on the desired process to achieve the best end result, a contract and/or agreement is approved and signed. A deposit (if necessary) is determined and paid at this time. The production is scheduled according to scope of work. Location shoot takes place at designated place & time. Remaining balance is paid upon completion of location shoot or post-production (if required). Deliverables are handed over in person, dropped off or sent via FedEx (if necessary).
