Introduction: I travel to train you in your home, nearby park, or at your gym/fitness center. I am passionate about helping others, getting them into the best shape of their lives by making critical lifestyle changes achieved through client education, positive motivation/positive mental attitude, changing the cultural perception that putting on weight is a normal aging process, and how living a fit and healthy lifestyle counteracts the aging process (I am a perfect example of this). This is achieved by having a strong work ethic, discipline, consistency, and self-motivation which I will hold you accountable for. Three elements will get you there: resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, and a healthy diet. There is no way around it.

The best personal trainer I have ever had. Very professional, knowledgeable, consistent, polite, punctual, very motivated. I saw a big change in my body, strength and definition.
