I am passionate about helping others, getting them into the best shape of their lives by making critical lifestyle changes achieved through client education, positive motivation/positive mental attitude, changing the cultural perception that putting on weight is a normal aging process, and how living a fit and healthy lifestyle counteracts the aging process (I am a perfect example of this).
This is achieved by having a strong work ethic, discipline, consistency, and self-motivation which I will hold you accountable for.
Three elements will get you there: resistance training, cardiovascular exercise, and a healthy diet. There is no way around it.
