We offer 10% off for first-time home buyers.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We welcome all buyer, sellers, investors, etc. To accompany us while we are conducting the home inspection. After the home inspection has been completed. We like to do a final walk-through with our client. To go over any findings. As well as to explain and educate. I.E: Where the main shut off valves are located. What to do in case of an emergency, etc.

Our home inspectors are licensed, insured & bonded. We have conducted, THOUSANDS of real property inspections. Throughout the Washington, D.C. metropolitan area. We have been conduction real property inspections, for over fifteen years!!
