- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All pricing is done on an individual basis, and takes into account the client's needs and requests, the size and condition of the areas to be cleaned, and the amount of time required to complete the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always provide free in-home estimates before starting any job, so that we can provide each client with a fair estimate, catered to their specific needs. We then go over every service we will be providing for the client, and once a price is agreed upon, we set up the date and time to perform the cleaning. We show up on time, with all supplies, ready to work!!
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with individual homeowners, apartment managers & leasing agents, and commercial property owners.
