We have two standard poodles. They are both one year old, and this was their first cut. We had to go a bit shorter on our male (black one), because of -try as I did- unpreventable matting. We were happy that he was able to be groomed without being shaved. Brandy did a wonderful job, and she is persistent with her customers satisfaction. They smell unbelievable and feel so soft! Their nails were clipped. They both came back new dogs and very happy! She does all-around great services. And her value is unbeatable.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Boarding is $20 per night per dog, some discounts may apply. Grooming usually starts around $35 and includes a bath, nail trim, ear cleaning, anal glands expressed and haircut of your choice.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can set up a meet and greet before the stay to ensure that your pup will fit in here if you choose. Then we book the stay and figure out the best drop off time and stay connected during the stay.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have dog CPR training and safety and over 20 years experience in animal care
