Introduction: We collectively have over 10 years of construction/renovation experience. We’re able to take a home from the demo and gutting process all the way to completion and move in ready. Our favorite projects, where we like to show off our work the best, are custom showers and staircases. We’re fully insured contractors and are familiar with handling insurance and mortgage company claims as well as fema processes. We are also registered in home remodeling. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer 5% discounts to service workers (ie police officers, firefighters, and ems/paramedics). We also offer. 5% discount to active military and retired veterans.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to meet on site so we’re able to give accurate bid estimates based off of each site condition. The we generate and supply the homeowner with a formal bid to complete the work. Material costs are supplied by the homeowner and we do offer material pick up and delivery. Payment for works provided is never taken upfront, and only upon completion of each project. We have full liability insurance coverage. We take great pride in providing quality work at competitive pricing with a quick turnaround time.
