- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to be below the average price. Google is a good place to compare our prices to the average for the type of project you have. Also comparing us to other quotes
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first like to meet in person the new customer. We then look over the project and we talk the project out and see what their expectations are for the project to make sure we are a good fit. We will ask questions about materials, and take measurements. We get as much information as needed and then get back to the customer with a quote either that day or the next at the latest.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We both took and graduated a course in HVACR. We both also took and completed our michigan builders license.
