Chef Julia did a wonderful job at a small dinner party for 8 at my home. She was punctual, professional, efficient, and dedicated to her craft. She spent a great deal of time helping create the perfect menu consisting of 3 gourmet appetizers, soup, and entree options of filet mignon Oscar-style and Gnocchi. Chef Julia was respectful of my home and was sure to clean up prior to leaving. She helped create a wonderful experience for my wife and friends and I would hire her again.Feb 26, 2018Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I believe my pricing is very fair and I always try to stay on top of the budget with the best quality of products. My waste is usually very low!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?The first step is to determine what the customers needs are, and create a custom menu/ event plan. This includes the budget and diet restrictions etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have an extensive culinary art education: A 3 year culinary art degree from Germany as well as a Bachelors degree in Hotel Management. In addition I traveled to different countries (Dubai, Spain, Germany, USA) and worked for royalty and luxury hotels and cruise liner. I have over 12 years of experience.
