- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On average the price ranges between $75 and $125 per person for a party with more than 6 people. I provide excellent and hand picked ingredients, mostly from local sources! The total price varies with each event.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we will determine what your needs are. This includes the budget and diet restrictions etc. Based on that we will create a custom menu/ event plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an extensive culinary art education: A 3 year culinary art degree from Germany as well as a Bachelors degree in Hotel Management. In addition I worked in different countries (Dubai, Spain, Germany, USA) I cooked for 5 star luxury hotels, country clubs and cruise liner. Overall I have over 15 years of experience.
