- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I will work with the customer on the best way to save them money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Contact the customer via referral, thumbtack, word of mouth etc. Set up a time to meet at the job site. We will go over what the customer needs done, discuss options and hopefully come to an agreement. Once that's done work out a timeline for work being done.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been a handyman all my life. I treat my customers job as if it were my own. My work speaks for it's self.
