I asked on Thumbtack for a limo from 11a.m. to 6p.m. Bellagio bid for the job and I hired them. In the confirmation emails the time was confirmed. The driver showed up on time and put a contract in front of me to sign that only had the car until 5. I told him this would not work as our last stop was a prepaid wine tasting that went until 5 in Yountville, which was about an hour from the hotel. He fought with me for a long time, stating he had made a mistake and booked another contract that evening so he couldn't stay past five. He offered to resolve his mistake by paying for an uber o bring us back from our last stop in Yountville. I told him this was not acceptable as four of use would be crammed in a small car for an hour ride. Then he agreed to bring us back, leaving Yountville at 5. He dropped us at the tasting in Yountville at three and said he would pick us up at five. Around 4:45 he came into the tasting and told us he was leaving. He had an uber waiting to take us back. He said he would pay for the Uber. So we had no choice but to ride back crammed in a small car. The worst part was the next day he charged my credit card for the uber ride and has refused to remove the charge, causing me to have to dispute it through the card company.

Michael was right on time and was pretty good at responding to my emails and calls when needed. I was very let down by the hidden fees he had charged on arrival the morning of pick up. Prior to booking I asked specifically if there were any extra charges besides his hourly rate and gratuity since I wanted an exact amount to be able to tell each of the passengers, he had denied any other charges several times. I had placed a holding deposit (which would just be added as part of payment) and then was told the rest is due upon pick up. Unbeknownst to me, he would state that I owed him an almost an additional $100 when I tried to pay him the remaining amount (which he tells you is due at the start of the day-initial pick up). He stated this was for taxes and tolls, which we never took any tolls...and what taxes? I think he was just making things up as he went along to get more, so just be careful. Other than that the ride was fine, many of us got carsick, but I'm not sure if it was the roads being curvy or if his driving was a little speedy, it might of been a combo. He was there when we called upon him and was prompt on pick up. His demeanor was a blunt, but it might just be his personality. He also had his dog sitting in the front with him, which I don't mind at all, besides the fact that if you got anywhere near it, it would try and attack and bite you.

Early for pick-up was the good part of the experience and it ended there.
Driver was pleasant and easy going. But at times too easy going and needed a little more professionalism.
The MINI-VAN was a bust. Dirty and worn, climbing in and out of this wreck was a pain. Not only that, this MINI-VAN was uncomfortable and cramped for 4 people.
Bouncing from SF to Napa and back was extremely taxing on all four riders backs and bodies. Alert to Bellagio...MINI-VANS ARE NOT LIMOS!
A busted-up, filthy cooler is not an acceptable way to serve bottle water out of...EVER. Seriously UNACCEPTABLE.
We were there and needed this to be reasonable and or good...It fell way short of both.
And as we had put down a 50% deposit we were STUCK with using them or losing $500.00. Which really stunk.
You should question yourself if you choose this transport company for a good experience.
The fee is way over priced for what you get.
