My wife and I recently worked with Alma while we were transitioning to eating a more plant based diet and she was very helpful along the way. Alma helped us understand some of the different motivations for eating a plant based diet and also recommended recipes and supplements that ensured we were maintaining important vitamin and mineral levels. Her schedule was flexible for our needs and overall we are very happy with the progress that we made and we are looking forward to continuing our path to a more healthy lifestyle!

I would like to start off by saying that Alma is an amazing person. She is very understanding and extremely easy to talk to. I felt very comfortable with her from my very first session. Alma has helped me to no longer be controlled by food and to WANT to live a healthier lifestyle. I highly recommend purchasing the 12 session program because it gave me ample time to fully understand her program and my body. I am incredibly grateful to have had Alma at my side, supporting me for several months now. I first came to her when I was at rock bottom: both in terms of lots of physical pain and despair about so much instability in my life. I"m a Reiki Master myself, so it was frustrating (to say the least) that I couldn't seem to Reiki myself out of it! I'd turned to other Reiki practitioners, but NONE of my sessions provided the incredible relief I experienced with Alma's energy sessions. Moreover, it was my first time being so supported on a regular basis. And it makes ALL the difference to NOT walk alone in the dark tunnel. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe in bio-individuality - meaning, one program doesn't fit all. Once I find out where you are struggling and what you would like to achieve, I will provide recommendations to an appropriate program for you. We may use a variety of techniques including: Bodywork, Functional Nutrition, and/or Natural Hormone Balancing. The protocol will be dependent on your individual needs and desires.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our first session is getting to know you, learning about where you may be struggling and need support, so we can develop a plan to help you reach your optimal health. If you're not sure if my program is for you, I offer complimentary 20-minute wellness breakthrough sessions. This session is a great way for you to get a feel for how I work with clients and see if we would be a good fit.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Certifications: - Functional Health Coach - Insulin Resistance Coach - Gluten Practitioner - Transpersonal Energy Healing Counselor - Body Mind Balance Practitioner - Reiki Practitioner - Thai Yoga Stretching Therapist In addition, I am currently enrolled in a very extensive practitioner training program through Institute of Nutritional Endocrinology where I am studying directly with Dr. Ritamarie Loscalzo, an internationally recognized nutrition and health authority with almost 30 years of clinical experience. I have received comprehensive training on adrenal fatigue, digestive problems, and blood sugar imbalances/insulin resistance, among others. I find myself being drawn to constantly learning various healing modalities because I believe healing takes place when body-mind-spirit are in balance.
