Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I've been teaching, recording, and performing on various instruments for over 30 years. You Tube "lessons", free tabs, instructional videos and on-line teaching will never replace face to face music instruction from an experienced, meticulous, college educated, patient, and motivational instructor. I also have developed special drills for organizing left and right hand techniques that very few teachers know of, we go from point A to point B much faster. Try one lesson with me and see why. The focus of my instruction typically involves teaching the student's favorite songs or riffs while simultaneously teaching the ear development skills which will eventually allow him or her to solve the "mystery of self instruction" (ask me about this and I will embelish). I get a kick out of seeing my students gradually find this skill or simply just seeing the growing smile as learn to play a little bit of a song they love !

Mark knows every type of style, and teaches in a friendly and professional manner. I came into my lessons with requests to learn various songs and styles, and he always had an exercise or suggestion for me. It was particularly fun to be part of the students' recital that he hosts. He is an expert who truly knows his instruments.

Private lessons are the most direct / proven method of learning to play / master a musical instrument. Mark's education and long time teaching background gives him an advantage in helping students progress. I'm coming up on 3 years studying under Mark and I am very happy with the results. He helps you practice, which he does a nice job of emphasizing, by keeping assignments fun yet focusing on good fundamentals - which are key long term improvement.

Mark is an excellent guitar teacher. My son has been taking lessons for almost 3 years now. Mark also has an incredible amount of patience for my son who does not always practice.
